Cancellation Policy
Because each Simply Elegant Candles order is handcrafted with care, we begin preparing orders shortly after they are received. We understand that plans can change and will gladly accommodate cancellation requests when possible.
Cancelling an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number.
Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow your financial institution's normal processing time for the refund to appear.
